D: BBQ- Veggies & Corn on cob
(Yummy bbq veggies today, broccoli, bell peppers & pineapple with a little olive oil & seasoning)

July 5, 2011:
B: Cranberry Almond Oatmeal
L: Chili
D: Potato Rounds & Strawberries
(Didn't feel like cooking at all today, so just had quick food- can chili & frozen potatoes)

July 6, 2011:
B: Cranberry Almond Oatmeal
L: WW Spaghetti w/broccoli & mushrooms
D: Potato Salad
S: Strawberries
(2 med red potatoes, 3 tbls olive oil mayo, 2 tbls dijon mustard, 3 tbls pepperoncini juice, 2 tbls ranch seasoning, green onion,  garlic salt & pepper.)

July 7, 2011:

L: Stir Fry
D: Rice Noodles w/Snow Peas, Broccoli, Mushrooms & Seasoning
(Stir fry: 1 med red potato, broccoli, mushrooms & teriyaki sace)

July 8, 2011:
Weigh in day: 207 lbs (lost 2 lbs)
