August Week 4

This week there was a 29,000 gallon rail tanker on fire in our town, only 2 blocks from my home. 5,000 homes including mine were evacuated for 2 days as a precaution. The tank was connected to 4 more tankers full of fuel also. Finally allowed to go home, after a special fire team was flown in they were able to put it out safely.

So I decided I'm going to drink lemon water every morning before breakfast. I will squeeze 1/2 a lemon into a glass of warm water & drink for it's health benefits! =)

Week 4

So I'm moving this weekend... Friday the 29th I get the keys, getting everything packed and cleaned this week in our current apartment to take it all to the next apartment :) Not going to go grocery shopping until we get to the new apartment so we don't have to move a bunch of  food. We are pretty low on food now only the essentials. So may be eating a little differently but still sticking to my calories.

I love how yummy everything is without any added calories (like butter & sauces). Plus it's so easy. I also had dessert today, I had a big sweet tooth all day so I went to the store & bought Smart Ones Fudge brownie, 2 come in the pack, they're 140 each. I had just the one, and had 1,240 calories today. =)

(Soup pictured to the right, it's basically like a healthier version of top ramen, usually around 75 cents a bag, and 170 calories each. When I had it hot in the pan I cracked in 1egg and kept stirring so it could be little pieces, it makes the water thick. I also added roasted garlic seasoning, and green onions when done. Pretty good for 240 calories :))

(Since I've been dieting I only cook for myself, so tonight I made somthing my bf and I could both eat, he loved it, it was very yummy dinner tonight!! I bought a McCormick Bag N' Season for $1, and put in chicken, diced red potatoes, carrots, onion & fresh garlic. After it cooked for an hour, it was absoloutely delicious & still healthy! )
