July 18, 2011:
B: Banana Walnut Oatmeal
L: Quinoa, Avocado & Veggies
D: Rice Soup w/Egg & Green Onions
(Soup pictured to the right, it's basically like a healthier version of top ramen, usually around 75 cents a bag, and 170 calories each. When I had it hot in the pan I cracked in 1egg and kept stirring so it could be little pieces, it makes the water thick. I also added roasted garlic seasoning, and green onions when done. Pretty good for 240 calories :))

July 19, 2011:

L: Chicken Noodle Soup w/corn (pkgd soup 210 cals, added 1/3c corn & roasted garlic)
D: 1/2 piece Chicken, Potato, Carrots & Onion
(Since I've been dieting I only cook for myself, so tonight I made somthing my bf and I could both eat, he loved it, it was very yummy dinner tonight!! I bought a McCormick Bag N' Season for $1, and put in chicken, diced red potatoes, carrots, onion & fresh garlic. After it cooked for an hour, it was absoloutely delicious & still healthy! )

July 20, 2011:

L: WW Noodles w/ Spaghetti Sauce
