Week 4

So I'm moving this weekend... Friday the 29th I get the keys, getting everything packed and cleaned this week in our current apartment to take it all to the next apartment :) Not going to go grocery shopping until we get to the new apartment so we don't have to move a bunch of  food. We are pretty low on food now only the essentials. So may be eating a little differently but still sticking to my calories.

S: Edamame w/Sauce

July 26, 2011:

Banana Walnut Oatmeal (2)
Lunch & Dinner was the same today, made a Bag N' Season again, threw some Chicken, Potatoes, Onion, Carrots & Garlic in the oven. I love how yummy everything is without any added calories (like butter & sauces). Plus it's so easy. I also had dessert today, I had a big sweet tooth all day so I went to the store & bought Smart Ones Fudge brownie, 2 come in the pack, they're 140 each. I had just the one, and had 1,240 calories today. =)

July 27, 2011:

D: WW Shells w/spaghetti sauce & SmartOnes Fudge Brownie

July 28, 2011:
B: Quaker Oat Bar (breakfast on the go)
L: Quinoa & Avocado w/Garlic & Lemon
D: Cheesy Chicken Tortilla Soup (360 cal serving)
(Packing all day, everything's ready for the new place. A little more eating on the go for a couple days until I'm all settled in.)

July 29, 2011:  (Move in day!)

Weigh In Day: 203 lbs (1 lb lost)
B: Banana Walnut Oatmeal & SugarFree Mc'Ds Vanilla Iced Coffee
L: 1 slice Little Caesar's Pepperoni Pizza
S: Edamame & Sweet Chile Sauce
D: Chicken Noodle Soup
(Moving went well, drank lots of water because it was HOT! Ate a piece of pizza since I bought some for the boys to eat... but only ate one, so I didn't mind that I ate a little unhealthy. Still had 1200 calories today :) )
