August 13, 2011:
B: Bowl of Fruit & Small cup of Coffee
L: Lrg Polish Hot Dog (no bun) & Broccoli Salad
A: Vodka Cran
D: Frozen Pizza (1piece)
(Today is Saturday, I've been at my moms this weekend. Went to the lake with family... didn't over eat but also didn't have the healthiest food. Also drank Vodka& Cran's while at the lake... the 'healthiest' drink fam had brought.)

August 14, 2011:
B: Fiber Bar & Smll Coffee
S: Wheat Thins & 1pc of Pepperjack
L: Carls Jr BBQ Chicken Sandwich (370 cals)
D: Chicken & Vegetable Soup
(Going home today, so back to eating planned & healthier choices :) )

August 15, 2011:
B: Chocolate Protein Bar (290 calories, 30 grams of protein)
L: Chicken & Vegetable Soup
S: Fiber One Bar
D: Stir Fry Vegetables

August 16, 2011:
B: Banana Walnut Oatmeal
L: Split Pea Soup
D: Chipotle Burrito Bowl
(Chipotle: my bowl came out to about 550 calories, it's basically burrito filling without the shell, mine had: Rice, Black Beans, Fajita Veggies, Hot Sauce & Corn Salsa, & Gucamole with Chipotle Tabasco on top.)

August 17, 2011:
B: Banana Walnut Oatmeal
L: Chicken & Vegetable Soup
S: Smart Ones Brownie Frozen Desser (140 cals)
D: Potato Salad
S: Stawberries

August 18, 2011:
B: McD's SugarFree Vanilla Iced Coffee (Med) & Banana Walnut Oatmeal
L: Black Beans, Corn & Avocado with Louisiana Hot Sauce
D: Black Beans, Corn & Avocado with Louisana Hot Sauce

August 19, 2011:
Weigh in Day: 197 lbs (lost 1.5 lbs)

L: Edamame w/Sweet Chili Sauce & Smart Ones 140cal Dessert
